Link between schedule elements and 3D view

I have schedules for each element type in the building from concrete m3 to bolts in the CLT walls. I am looking for an easy way of linking elements in the schedule to a particular view. How to do it? Sometimes it does work and sometimes not how to find a tutorial to deal with it? Thanks

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon Ventura

It is not possible to link elements in a schedule to a particular view. It works sometimes because the active view might be the one you are looking for when selecting the element.

And I mean a link between BIMx and layouts e.g. you hit UFH pipe in the schedule on the layout and it directs you to a 3D object (it works) then you want to go back to the layout with pipes schedule (and it doesn't work) direct me to drainage layout.
