Place the grid tool folder in the add ons folder within ArchiCAD 10 main application folder.
Alternatively, use options menu>add on Manager to load it from any location

Tnx for the info Phil.By the way i have tried putting it on the add on folder and i have check it also in the add on manager but it appear that "the file is outdated add-on that cannot be used with this Archicad version"..I'm using Archicad 10...
