topic Structure Display in Plan in Documentation

Looking for feedback on which structure display to use in plan. Before this was a thing, we always drew plans and did dimensions to framing since it is easier for concrete and framing contractors to go off of. However, when using "core only," we are running into the following issues:

1) Door and window frames shown still extend past the framing core, which looks odd in plan.

2) We typically model cabinetry to the sheetrock since we want interior elevations to be dimensionally accurate with finishes.

How do others handle this? See image below for example.

Re #1 : Have you also set your MVO Setting to 'Show Opening Only' ?

Re #2 : If you want the sheetrock behind the cabinetry, would making a composite with a sheetrock layer assigned to 'core' help in those conditions? (Might actually be helpful if its moisture resistant type and logically a core material.)
