How to update master title block to reflect project changes?

trying to figure out how to make the master project border stream-line with project changes. any suggestions on work flows or links to them concerning project revisions, approval etc., not sure how change manager works with the text ID elements that i have placed in our project master border. TBH not sure what questions i need to ask for help?

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based Sonoma 14.5

At first glance:

For the vertical ones you will use the "Revision History Detailed 27" object placed on a Master Layout.

For the horizontal ones you will use autotexts.

For the attached image:

Revisions = Object
Issues is an Index that lists Change Manager Info
Project data are regular autotexts

thank you @Eduardo Rolon! appreciate the short tutorial 😀 i did attempt to read the help but as usual time is always short. regardless thanks and will do a better job of explaining myself next time.
