placing a keynote legend in Archicad 28

I am new to Archicad and thus new to Archicad 28. I am trying to place a keynote legend. I made a Keynote folder, and a Roof Plan subfolder and put one note in so far. I exported to both formats and re-imported. When I use the Place Legend at the bottom of the Keynotes dialogue box it only lets me import the default legend...how do I actually import the legend that I created?

Operating system used: Windows

There is no need to export/import unless you are editing in an external editor,

The Legend object lets you filter what you want displayed:

https://help.graphisoft.com/AC/28/INT/index.htm?rhcsh=1&rhnewwnd=0&rhmapid=#t=_AC28_Help%2F072_Keynotes%2F072_Keynotes-13.htm%23XREF_57899_Set_up_Legend&rhsearch=Keynotes&rhsyns=%20

have you worked through all of the pages of the Keynote help section?
