2D Extras Add-On for Archicad 27

I just came across this post about the 2D Extras Add-On: https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Installation-und-Aktualisierung/Handbuch-f%C3%BCr-das-Add-on-quot-2D-Extras-quot/ta-p/392661

This looks incredibly useful, but the post is in German so I cannot figure out where to download it or if it is available for Archicad 27. Does anyone know how I can get it?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14.5

I don't think the post says where is is available, bit it looks like an add-on available only to users subscribed through the German distributor.

Here's the link for ArchiCAD 27 - but as Barry said:

"add-on available only to users subscribed through the German distributor"

Maybe you won't be even able to view this page if your Graphisoft Account is not connected to the Servicevertrag

A little searching shows that this useful add-on is available to users of European language versions (at least DE and ITA, if not others). It's also available for GB users (hence in English). Why isn't this part of Goodies?

The same goes for the Terrain Tool.
