You can copy and paste as you did in AC 9, just click update after you have pasted and you should be able to see the copy.
layout book "copy and paste"

<T>in plotmaker 9, i could right click on a layout in "tree by subset", left click on copy, then right click "paste". this meant i got a new layout with all the same settings as other layouts, and all i had to do was delete the viewport and bring a new one in (and change drawing number and title). i was used to doing this in autocad aswell.

its a shame this feature is not available in 10.</T>

You can drag an existing layout, and while dragging press CTRL and the + symbol appears, creating a copy of the layout wherever you drop it.

Stuart's method is perfect for making new layout for plan sheets. Once you've made the copy, right-click on the placed drawing and chose "Link to". Link it to a view from a different story and all your plans will line up from layout to layout. Great for RCP's too!
