Do you by any chance use a scaling else than 100% or even use different external displays?

This is a long standing bug with the Windows version of AC where the pen list gets scrambeld completely.

Good morning, I have a problem with how the pens appear in the window to configure the pens of the different elements, all the pens appear in disarray, from any pen configuration, including those that come by default, attached as seen, if you could help me fix that and make it appear in order because sometimes there are even pens that disappear because of how it appears, I have already reinstalled Archicad but it is not fixed, thank you in advance.

Can you do me a favor and send a screen shot of the following?

And then take a look at your saved view settings and see what pen set you have for that particular view.

Please do as Jeff suggests… but to clarify your situation: reinstalling Archicad will have no impact at all on your situation because Pens and Pen Sets are Attributes that are contained in the project file… not anywhere external. And in your screenshot, you have clearly redefined the pens and materials as they show a “BLL” prefix.

If you need standard pens, materials, line types etc (all attributes’) in your current file… and they are not there already… then Attibute Manager can be used to import them from a fresh, blank file created from the local default template. More can be said on that after you post the screenshots that Jeff requested.
