I don't see your View Map so I don't know exactly what items are its source.
But you can try deleting it without much risk.
Save your project file, delete them, see what happens. If View Map items or folders are deleted, simply close the Project file without saving and reopen its saved version.

ok...deleted...done.
nothing seemed to have happened.
What does that "Warning!" with a big exclamation actually means?
I sometimes will get warnings like this about clone folders. that if you delete a clone folder.....something something something...and then when I delete the cloned folder...all the 'original' folders disappear too and I can never tell exactly when is it that I "can" delete something like this or not.
most confusing at times.
