If all the views are originating from the same PLN/PLA, use the Link to or Read all from functions found in the Drawing usage section of the PlotMaker's navigator.

<T>Hi all,

This is a "Working in Plotmaker" rather than "Working in Archicad" question.
Anyway I would like to know if and how to change a PLN file View Sets after it has been imported into Plotmaker.
Example. In archicad I have setup a template that has publisher having varies View Sets. Now in plotmaker a/numerous PLN file(s) has been import and a file(s) from the wrong View Set has been selected.
Therefore is it possible to change this drawing from one View Set (schematic Style to Working Drawings) to another without having to re-import drawings.

This would be great as it means only setting up one layout book for each project and then saving off the different stages. The idea would be to have a template, place drawing on varies layout sheets and at different stages save a Schematic Layout Book. Then as the job progress save of Tender Set Layout Book and so on by only changing the View Sets that the drawings come from.

Thanks

So I am only able to change one drawing at a time. I select the drawing from drawing usage and then I'm able to change the view sets. If I select two drawings or more from the drawing usage within plotmaker I am only able to Link with the PLN/PLA file and NOT able to change the view sets.

Is this correct or am I missing something. It would be nice to be able to do a global change of view sets.
