A couple possibilities:&lt;BR /&gt;
1. It is being override by a Graphic Override (GO).&lt;BR /&gt;
2. In the Door Settings, the surfaces are being overridden. Your dialog box is missing the Model panel, so go to Work Environment &amp;gt; Tool Schemes &amp;gt; Tool Settings Dialog Boxes &amp;gt; Door Tool and make the Model panel visible, then check the Door Settings to see if the surfaces are being overridden.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;no mater what I do I cannot change the surfaces on this interior wood door. for instance you see in the screenshot it should be all red. any ideas?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>thanks David; it was indeed override surfaces turned on in the "Model" tab.</description>
