Mike wrote:
I have been using some of the user defined fields from the interactive schedule and was hoping it was possible to access these fields from (for example) the window settings dialog box. This would allow me to select a number of the windows on the floor plan, input some text, and that text will show up on my schedule for the selected windows. Changing these values from within the interactive schedule appears to be a one at a time process. Any feedback in this arena? Thanks in advance.

All of the fields are available under the last heading, ArchiFM & Listing Parameters ... at the end of the list.

You can edit values there or in the I.S.

To edit entire groups of values at once, define I.S. settings that group the elements by your criteria ... if multiple objects match, and you have ticked the box to have them show as grouped on one line, then if you change a user def field on that line, then that value will be plugged into all matchine parts. Feel free to define I.S. sets that have nothing to do with producing output, but whose only purpose is to edit.
