I have a layer called 'stairs' which has 3 sets of stairs. I also have a two story bldg. One set of stairs will diplay on story #1 and and two sets will display on story #2.
Question: Why did this happen? And how can I get all three set of stairs to show up at the same time, on demand (EG: when I want them to display either on story #1 or on story #2)?

Does ArchiCAD automatically assign objects within a layer to different stories? and if so, how do I change the assignment?

THANKS in advance.

Hi, perhaps I didn't understand exactly, but, have you checked in the "stair settings" box for the select stair in question and see what did you choose beside "show on" -- the choices could be "current story only" / "one story up" / " one story down" / "one story up and down" & " all stories"

Cheers,
