Adding to the Help menu

I would like to add links to articles in our office ArchiCAD manual to the help menu. The articles are saved as individual pdf files and are stored on the network. Is there a way to do this? I thought that the menus were editable in XML but I could be wrong.

Aaron,
Here are two options:

1. Copy the PDFs into the "ArchiCAD10/Documentation" folder on each installation of ArchiCAD. (this could be cumbersome to maintain)

OR...Better yet...

2. Create and internet shortcut to a special webpage, in the "ArchiCAD10/WWWLinks" folder, where you can have all the PDFs linked on one page . (this would be easily updateable and you would only need to add 1 company specific link in the Help menu.)
