PNG files not looking proper

I have a signature in png form that is placed on my sheet borders

On all previous jobs and even in ver 27 on another project the signature looks

Correct on the Master Sheet

but on sheets for the project , A1, A2, etc. it looks bad.

This is not happening in my older projects in this version

Not doing anything differently

Operating system used: Windows 27

Is it as simple as going to your work environment and unchecking the Uniform color for Master Items on Layouts?

I wonder what that is even an option in today's world

I guess every template I had was good for this.
