line tool does not work

Utilizing the Line Tool I am accustomed to initiating a line then entering the length value to achieve the desired result. Now the line does not adhere to the direction nor does it result in the correct length. Wierd.

Sounds like your tracker has been turned off.

I am not sure where it is in the menus as I have it in a toolbar.

Thanks, Barry. I hunted around in Options>Project Preferences and Work Environment and saw "Apply Profile." With a hunch I selected it and for no good reason I checked Apply Architectural Profile 27. Voila! Everything now works properly. I have no idea why it stopped working and just lucked out selecting the profile.

Actually yes, it is a Work Environment option.

That is why it is not in the menus.

Although you can add it to a menu and create a keyboard shortcut for it if you want to.
