First Floor showing at 30" in Sections/Elevations

I do not understand why my first floor is showing at 30" in my section view. I have checked all my story levels are correct and the project zero is still 0'-0".

If I adjust the first floor to be anything above or below the project zero it shows as accurate (see second screenshot). But when it is at true zero (first screenshot) it shows 30" instead of 0'-0". Has anyone found a solution for this? Is this just how it is? It is quite frustrating.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14 Sonoma

You could also try to check the Story Level settings, see if any one of them makes a difference.

I would also try to change the used Story Level library part in the "STORY LEVELS" panel to "No Marker" then back to the marker you used,, because then it will apply the default parameters of the Marker and that should fix it if it is caused by some settings.
