Does anybody know if it's possible to lower the resolution of a placed elevation view in Archicad 29 when using the surface texture fill, shaded option? I know it's now possible with 3D views. I am using this option for a CD set but, although we all like the high level of detail, the team I am working with says the elevation views take too long to load. I tried setting the pdf option to 72DPI when publishing but I don't think that helped. All but one surface texture is built-in Archicad, and I downgraded one unique texture to less than 2MB.

I gave up on textured elevations, as it creates PDFs that just won't print.
