    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t think this is possible. This is because the 2D representation is always a simplified version of the 3D one, for the sake of model optimization. To obtain the correct representation, you can use the 3D document (as you already did) or convert the railing into a Morph.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Railing ends display in plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to achieve a detailed 2D plan for a railing and have come across an issue with the railing end display in the floor plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For railing ends that curve vertically, the 2D plan representation does not match the 3D geometry (see attached snippets). I have checked this in both Archicad 27 and Archicad 29, with the same result.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The MVO is set to the most detailed options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have ideas on how to resolve or work around this issue?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it's a bug. In edit mode for vertical end you can see hotspots in correct location matching 3d length. For horizontal curved end display is correct in plan.&lt;/P&gt;
