yes, something like this, it seems to be created in some schedule from Archicad:

Hi, its a way to create a TIDP scheme in archicad, with indexes could be the best way or is there another way?

Well, if you look at what a TIDP contains, like Name/Title, Description, Level of Information Need (LOIN), Format, Delivery Date/Milestone, Author/Responsible Party, Predecessors/Dependencies, Project Stage, etc. I don't see how you could do this automatically.

The best I can think of is to create new Fields in the Layout Info Scheme panel of the Book Settings Dialog, so all the above fields would be available for all Layouts. Then, you would have to fill out these pieces info for each Layout, and then you could generate a Sheet Index.

Yes, that could be a Sheet Index generated with those custom Layout Scheme fields I talked about. Probably, the "Description" column of your screenshot shows that name of the Layout, and most or all other fields are custom Layout Scheme fields.
