renovation filter doors

I have an issue where some existing doors are showing with a black hatch when viewed with the renovation 'existing' filter. Existing elements are set to 'show' in the renovation filter and I can't for the life of me see why this is happening. Any help would gratefully received, thank you!

Select all your doors or windows & uncheck (Use fills), those hatches will be removed.

I suspect the issue is just the Fill Background becoming black... The glazed door at the top appears to have it's fills turned off though.
What happens if you set the Fill Background to -1 (transparent), if is not already.
