I have an IE looking at the side of a stair. I want to see the wall under the stair and the wall on the far side of the stair. If I set the IE to infinite horizontal view I do not see the wall under the stair. If I set it to limited and include the far wall I do not see the wall under the stair. If I set it to limited and place the limit line in the middle of the stair, I see the wall under the stair but not the wall on the far side of the stair.

My guess: Go into your IE settings. There is one little checkbox called "Exclude View Blocking Walls". Uncheck that.

Yes indeed, thank you for pointing that out. If anyone is listening, this feature needs to be eliminated. It is completely useless and I'm guessing it causes a lot of users a bunch of time.

Yeah it got me good some time ago as well!

I have not really encountered a use-case for it so far, but maybe somebody out there really needs it?
