As far as I know this is a limitation. You can not combine both options together.

You either get it spread to multiple layouts or it will go next to each other/below itself on one layout.

You can "Restructure' a schedule to have multiple rows on one layout.

https://help.graphisoft.com/AC/29/INT/index.htm?rhcsh=1&rhnewwnd=0&rhmapid=#t=_AC29_Help%2F055_InteractiveSchedule%2F055_InteractiveSchedule-31.htm

But if you then 'Split' the schedule to multiple pages, I am not sure if it reverts to a single row per page.

I think it does.

You can always restructure the schedule and place copies on separate layout pages.

Then crop the frames to show different rows of the schedule.

It is not as automatic and you may have to keep an eye on things if you amend the number of windows.

Barry.

I believe one of the main expectations when using professional software is that it reliably handles these processes, ensuring a seamless data handoff. Ideally, manually verifying whether all windows or other model elements are included in a schedule shouldn't be a concern for the user when working with a robust platform like Archicad.

Although yes, your solution could work, it is not what I would want to worrry about 💁‍♂️

Yeah, cropping schedule views is dangerous... I once ended up creating sub-classifications in order to split up a schedule... It will not automatically create new layouts and it was something that needed to be assigned to everthing related, but you know nothing is being hidden till it very obviously runs off the page.
