&lt;P&gt;general Archicad rule: model with as few elements as is reasonable to get the level of detail/precision that is required. In this case, fewer elements may just not be reasonable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;we run into the same thing with renovation/remodels where walls are stripped down to the studs. Model as-built with&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;just&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;framing, then the new skins are shown as additional walls. we don't usually show plaster/gyp as demo, so its fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the case of a concrete filled cavity wall, how can I have the concrete show solid in plan as white but with a concrete fill pattern in section? The below example section is drawn using a 2d fill for the concrete.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the GO rule that hides the fills in plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a limitation in Archicad, which is that Graphic Overrides always work on the whole element. There is no way currently to override only specific skins of a Composite, for example. There is already a wish for this functionality, if you want to vote for it:&lt;/P&gt;
