Stair headroom over top landing

I just recently started to use the stair headroom feature to visualize code required clearance. I notice that at the top of the stair the headroom extends horizontally across the top tread, which of course does note meet the IBC Building code, which requires the head room to extend to the top riser and over the top landing. Is there a setting that I am missing? The gray in my screenshot is archicad, the red line is code.

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon tahoe

Is it because your stair is set to end with a riser and not a tread?

So it is not taking into account the top tread which would be the landing.

Needs an option that carries the clearance box an extra riser, then extends it horizontally by a user defined amount?

yes, exactly. At a minimum the head room needs to extend one tread depth over the landing, but options such as: 3' over the landing, or an amount equal to the width of the stair, or a custom amount would be ideal
