Because a single sheet exports as PDF/A and the same grouped set worked in AC27, this looks more like an AC29 Publisher regression than a general PDF/A setting issue. I would test a new Publisher Set with only two simple layouts, saved to a short local path, using the same PDF/A settings.

If that still fails, I’d publish the sheets individually as PDF/A, merge them with a PDF/A-aware tool, and validate the final file before signing it. I’d also send that small two-layout test file to Graphisoft Support, since it gives them a reproducible AC27/AC29 comparison.

If a PLT-based PDF/A workflow is also useful to you, full disclosure: I’m working on PlotPDFPro. For Archicad, the supported route is PLT → PlotPDFPro → scale-preserving PDF/A. It doesn’t replace troubleshooting the AC29 Publisher regression, so I’d still try to resolve that first.

Hello,

As stated, in the Organizer we are unable to export a PDF as PDF/A when grouping several folders/files in to one file.

If we export only one sheet it works as expected.

I've double checked if the Document options are selected to export as PDF/A

This type of standard is required to digitally sign the PDF files.

We switched from from AC27 to 29 and in the previous version we didn't had problems.

Operating system used: Windows
