Hi Djordje,

1. all layers are on both layout book & model drawings.
2. View is floor plan
3. I've tried to print from both view map and project map as well, but they're not printing properly.
4. Not sure what you mean by training.

4. He probably doesn't mean anything nice. Hopefully, he does....

I have also experienced problems with circle & ellipse objects not printing (though they appear everywhere they should) in AC11. From reading the release notes of the various hotfixes that Graphisoft has released, it seems that this printing problem is a bug that was fixed in build 1086. Now that build has some problems of its own, so I have had my office refrain from updating, but build 1114 was released for USA and INT versions Novemebr 20. You can try updating AC11 to that build, and it's highly likely that that particular bug will go away.

The release notes for build 1086 mention the circle printing problem, and they essentially say that circles/ellipses that have been modified or copied since their original creation won't print.

good luck!
I always mean the same thing: you should get training, as regardless of how expensive it might seem, it will save you hours if not days down the line.

The circles and ellipses not printing is a bug fixed in 1114, hopefully? At least the release notes say so!
