Trouble plotting from AC-10 (v.1188 full) to HP 400PS

Having problems sending layouts to HP 400PS.

AC-10 (v. 1188) does not show HP400PS as a plotter option.

Could we obtain a driver/patch for AC-10 from Graphisoft to enable this plotter?

will appreciate reply/suggestions.

Why not plotting?...good question

we speculate that's due to AC-10 not having an option to choose HP4000ps as the destination plotter, therefore the AC-10 unable to 'recognize' such plotter.

Our technical service people have tried to solve the problem to no avail.

So, the question remains, is it possible to incorporate plotter HP4000ps as an option on AC-10 ?

What Djordje is saying is that you should be able to add any postscript-capable printer to MacOSX as an additional system printer. Then just use the Print command in Archicad!

(To utilize the printer in all its glory you'll need a customized PPD file. Your HP reseller should give you that if you can't find it on the 'net.)
