      <description>I see, they must be placed from the view map, rather than the project map.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Problem is we are doing one part of the building as an alternate with a different plan set. If i change the view map to show that alternate, the rest of the layouts which should have the main building now show the alternate</description>

      <description>Use layers and saved views to keep alternates separate. You should always be placing Saved views on layouts and not views generated from the project map.</description>
