      <description>As the first step, I would try to turn Line Weights to Hairline.&lt;BR /&gt;
Now you have True Weight lines which make the DWG file become very large.&lt;BR /&gt;
Let's see if this helps.</description>

      <description>I've seen this error and usually can fix it by eliminating the fills. The easiest way to do this is to redefine your view with a new display option that has empty fills. I actually have a display option called DWG that is set to hairline and empty fills just to publish DWG files.</description>

Are you allowed to write to the folder/disk/wherever you are trying to save?</description>

Did you try using hairlines and no fills? Changing 25% fills -or, for that matter, any % fills - to solids with light tones?</description>
