I tried to reply to thank for the advise received and the result is the message as shown below

Hi Conrado - Hope all is well! That email cannot be responded to... if you get private messages, or subscribe to things here, you may get an email with the content to alert you... but have to log onto this Community to actually respond - whether by posting to the thread, or replying to the private message. Hope that makes sense?

So, just post a "Reply" to anyone's comment to reply to them in public. Or, if you want to send a private message, click on their name (bold next to icon), and then at the top right of their profile page, click the orange "Send a message" button.
