    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd say it's really cheap. A few days of billing... It's for a landscape arch (though we regular arch get lots of goodies when using it). We have about 20 landscape arch within the company that work only in this field and today they use Autocad plus an addon and here we're talking costs... Land4 is beer money in comparison. We're in the process of educating the team in Archicad and Land4 right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you consider Land4 a hobbyish addon then it might seem expensive but as a core business tool and for the value it delivers it is definitely not expensive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Too bad they have a monthly pricing scheme. 600€ / year is roughly what you pay for Archicad SSA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
