Graphisoft Learn Certification test not showing images

Hi...

I have had a couple of students that have been trying to do the Graphisoft Learn online certification and they keep getting issues with test images not showing up so they can not complete their tests.

We have tried different browsers from Google, Firefox, Safari, and Enterprise. The problem does not appear to be browser specific.

Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

If feel like someone else had this issue earlier this month.... have you tried running a browser in private / incognito mode?
