I just got ArchiCad and haven't used it before. Does anyone know where I can find some quick start info about the application?

Digital Vision has a "Jump Start Training Guide" that is very handy:

ArchiCAD Tips and Tricks

But at some point, you will also need to go through the AC 10 Tutorial.

Is it a student edition or a professional edition? I thought the professional edition came with "Step by Step", but that might only be in the US.

I like Tom Simmons' "Archicad Step by Step'. It gives you a pretty good overview of the program. It's not a stand-alone guide though, You will need a lot more than that before you can really use Archicad in a work situation.
