HTML5 Video File Not Found. Graphisoft Learn Portal Error

Hello there.

While trying to acces the online self - paced courses, videos won't show up.

There's an error that goes like this: "html5: Video file not found"

Does anybody has had the same issue in the past?

By the way, I am a BIM AUTHOR Program subscriber, same issue with those courses. Videos won't appear.

I have found that learn portal can be very fickle.

Try deleting any browser cookies used by Graphisoft, or start your browser in private or incognito mode.
