For custom font assignments in GDL Objects:

It would be great if GS would give us the ability to "REQUEST()" available fonts on the user's computer to populate a VALUES list. Or better yet... Give us a general Object parameter value that automatically lists the loaded fonts (similar to the way Markers can call fonts from the "AC_TextFont_1" parameter).

I've always wanted this too.

I hate having to type in manually the font name. I usually open word, copy the correct font name, then back into ArchiCAD and paste the name into the object settings.
Oleg Schimdt posted an API that sorts this out ...
I downloaded some years ago a usefull application (for Mac) which created a Master_GDL_fontlist containing all the wanted fontnames.
I put the userguide in attachment.

The address <S></S>was<E></E>:
http://www.presentations.fsnet.co.uk

But you can create such a Master_GDL_fontlist by your self, it's quit easy
