    <description>&lt;P&gt;other team members were able to access and work in the file. we ended up just deleting this one designers local data and re-joining; but it's just more in the ongoing saga of teamwork hang-ups, malfunctions, and bugs&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>file damaged... over the weekend?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;how does a file send/receive just fine on a friday, then when joining in on Monday, when no one has worked on it for 2 days, report as damaged?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;hoping this team has a back up/snapshot that will recover without much lost work...&lt;BR /&gt;tag this in the ongoing saga that is BIMcloud lost work and bugs &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;sorry to see this happening. you can always reach out to us whenever this happens for troubleshooting, preferably by creating a ticket or through email. It's also good to keep track of the issues you're having, specially after the latest update for AC29. I've seen this happen before - but there had been change during the weekend and outside elements had been added that corrupted the file. remember there's always the possibility to Rollback the snapshots from BIMcloud&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.graphisoft.com/BC/INT/index.htm#t=Topics%2FBCManager_Projects_Topics%2Ft_RestoreSnapshots.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://help.graphisoft.com/BC/INT/index.htm#t=Topics%2FBCManager_Projects_Topics%2Ft_RestoreSnapshots.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;. It may also be worth checking if another team member is able to open it.&lt;/P&gt;
