Any Australian user tried submitting a support ticket?

Has any Australian users submitted a support ticket using the new system yet?

Following the instructions received from GS takes me to a page with four options of which neither are offering technical support therefore the only remaining option is to select the provided link to "contact my local partner" for "product support". This opens the typical "contact us" form with a drop down that dosnt offer any technical support subjects leaving the only other means of support via a web and email link which takes us back to CI.

So, what has changed for us if CI is still where we place a support ticket except for additional hoops to jump through only to get back to where we were years ago, using CI?

Operating system used: Windows

The email said the new support system will be in place from the 15th September.

So I am waiting until then to see.

If the current MyCI support system is shut down (I haven't heard that is will be, but they have been taken over by Graphisoft), and this is what we are left with, then it is a step backwards.

I did reply to the e-mail they sent but would be surprised if I get a reply.

I have asked this question in the forums here before.

Here is the answer.

https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/General-discussions/Updated-Graphisoft-Support-site/m-p/710977/highlight/true#M8641

So I will wait until the 15th to see what happens.

Barry.
