Hi Cameldesign,

Thanks for the screenshots. I suspect you have 16 GB RAM and started the AI Engine in high Vram mode. Please try to generate an image in low Vram.
On the AI Visulaizer UI:
- stop the engine (the button next to the 'Start AI Engine') and wait a minute

- uncheck the 'Start in High Vram mode' checkbox

- Start AI Engine (and wait for it to start)

- generate a picture

If it still fails please let us know and share the full content of the Terminal (Export, Save text as...) window with us.

Thanks,

Hi NDVD,

Thanks for the picture.

I think this is a different issue, although I can not see any error in the Command Prompt window.

Can you please try again? Your video card is pretty strong, please try to generate renders in High VRAM mode.

Do you see any error after? Please share the full content of the Command Prompt window for further investigation.

Hi JVR23,

Please note that the AI Visualizer is compatible with NVIDIA cards only on Windows.

For more information please read the system requirements here.
