We know that taking part in an experiment can be challenging from time to time. Do you have issues with installing or running the Archicad AI Visualizer Add-on? This is your place to ask your questions and initiate discussion with others about technical difficulties you may experience while trying to install or run the experimental add-on, or generate images.

I installed AI Visualizer last Friday and it worked okay then. When I tried this morning, I received the following error message.
Don't think I modified the base parameters, but who knows. I've also attached the Config Template JSON file. Any advice?
Working on an M1 MacBook Pro Max, 64 GB memory, AC27.

It's just that my folder name is not Add-On but Kiegészítők etc. (Screenshot attached)
Thank you for your reply. 🙂
Maybe I should go for a NVIDIA graphics card next time...

Anyone know if this error is due lack of memory on the graphic card? i use windows and have a NVIDIA RTX 4000 with 8Gg.

I get the exact same error (including in CMD-window).
Have an NVIDIA RTX A2000, 8GB so should work (according to specs)

I have followed each step yes, and homebred works.
I use a MacBook Pro from 2019, i9. Does this plugin work with this Mac?
There is an folder for intel Mac in the installation.

I also get the error message that "could not generate image", which appears after 10 minutes of generating on Archicad side. I havent managed to generate any images.
It seems that Arhicad has a timeout set around 10 minutes. If image generation takes more than 10 minutes Arhicad stops listening and produces error, while stable diffusion is still generating image. If I use that same stable diffusion via webui it will not time out and produces an image.
All my images take over 10 minutes to generate on NVIDIA 1080.

Hi edseiber,
Thank you for the screenshot, as I can see the "save_images" value was edited. Please be careful when editing this file, it is easy to mess it up. Can you please replace this .json file with the original one from the downloaded package?
If you still face the issue please send the .json template and the Terminal output (Shell > Export Text as...) to your local support.
Thank you,
Technical Support Engineer

Hi Joel,
Thanks for the screenshots. As you noticed your device runs out of memory, please try the add-on in low Vram mode.
On the AI Visulaizer UI:
- stop the engine (the button next to the 'Start AI Engine') and wait a minute
- uncheck the 'Start in High Vram mode' checkbox
- Start AI Engine (and wait for it to start)
- generate a picture
I hope this will help.
