BIMx Pro messaging from iOS devices to Teamwork users

Hi all! 

I have an issue with communication via BIMx Pro and Teamwork users in BIMCloud (licensed version). 

 

So, here is a situation:

 

BIMx was published on the BIMx website from the Licensed BIMCloud. The project was downloaded to iPad and iPhone. 

 

The iPhone issue:

Log in to the project as a BIMCloud user. Create a message from the phone to the Teamwork user. Add only the text, add only View from the model, or add a picture and send — all of these methods get the “pending” status. Messages are not sent. Wi-Fi is okay. BIMx Pro is updated. BIMCloud is updated.

 

The iPad issue:

When I try to send a message from the iPad, I see a “pending” status for a few moments, and it looks like it’s sent. But it’s not working, either. After reopening the model, all messages are lost. 

 

Both gadgets:

The red numbers near the BIMx app icon (unread messages) never disappeared. I tried deleting them manually on both gadgets, reading them and updating the model, and deleting and reuploading the model from the web—nothing helped.

 

So, I can’t send messages from my iPad or iPhone. However, I can see the history of messages and get new messages from Teawmork users when I’m not on the project from Archicad 27 Teamwork.

 

Does anyone have the same problems, and how did you solve them?
