AC26 Pen Table Export as .txt File

Bruce
Advocate

Up until AC25, you could export a single pen table as a .txt file.  That .txt file would have all the pen info for that particular table (number, RGB values, weight, description).  I would import this into an Excel workbook to quickly reformat for better comprehension.

It seems this is no longer an option with AC26.  Is this deliberate?

Bruce:

Try opening the old Attribute Manager, select a Pen Set in the upper panel, select all the Pens in the lower panel (can use Command+A), click the Save as TXT button at the bottom.

Thanks David.  How do I open the old attribute manager in AC26?

Options menu > Attribute Manager

It was brought back with the first update to 26.

Thanks Karl.  That wasn't in my Options menu...the dangers of applying a legacy work environment!

You bet.  It also shows as an icon in the standard Attributes Toolbar (one of the ones I usually keep on and docked).  The old and new are right next to each other there.
