The ARCHICAD Connection Add-In for Revit 2018 was released today. You can download it from the here:

This is the INT version, other versions are on their way.

Vectorworks can import Revit files (not an add-on or plug-in) so my guess is that ArchiCAD will have it soon enough too. ?

Archicad 20 is a little old now so you will probably find that there won't be anything developed for it for a direct exchange like the BIM6x exchange mentioned earlier (for 21 & 22).
If you absolutely need it is 20 then you will have save it as another format in Revit that Archicad can open (IFC maybe but this will just be the model and I don't believe the annotation).
Or open it in 21 or 22 with the BIM6x exchange and than save back to 20.
