ArchiCAD 20 Goodies

Finally it happened, all the Goodies are now a part of a single installer bundle! So many years of development were spent to make that step!
A small step for developer - a huge jump for the product!
Next step - include Goodies into ArchiCAD installer by default! I hope to see this happen in version 30! God bless developers!

Am I losing something? because the goodies bundle was made in AC19, I have them here in my PC.
And here is the link.

But Yes, I hope they include the goodies in the AC installer. Even though is nothing installing them after installing AC.

I believe (speculate) that the reason the Goodies are a separate download - even though a single download with customizable installation - is to emphasize that none of them are supported. They have been feature-frozen for many years. The supported products are AC itself and your local library, MEP, BIMx, BIM Server / Cloud, etc.

If I recall correctly, the unified Goodies installer was done only for the US version for AC 19, glad to read that it has been extended to other localizations.

Ahh, Ok. That's why. I'm used to the USA version.
Thanks!

Documentation discrepancy with Goodies Files AC20 USA and actual installable goodies.

AC20
The USA goodies have the same list as the INT goodies but the file download doesn't let you install the others, see screen shot. In AC19 the USA goodies did not have the same list as the INT goodies.

Hi All,
The difference between AC19 and 20 lies only in the default unchecked goodies being present in the installer. (this is what the image on the post shows) This was a request from the US subsidiary. We have received a list of suggested goodies, and those are the goodies that are checked in by default. If the user checks eg. the Interior Wizard and Mesh To Roof goodies upon install, those will be installed as well.
On the other hand, your comment might be referring to the USA ReadMe document not containing the right list. Th US and INT goodies are not similar. The US never had the Profiler and RAL Colour system, for example, yet the INT version did. Since the readme file is now shared, these two goodies are in the list. So please clarify if that is what you meant. Thanks much, k

Yes you are correct, what I mean is that the read me documentation for both INT and USA is the same document but as you said the install file of USA goodies doesn't have all the ones from the read me document.

I think it is confusing to have the same read me document, make it clear in the document that goodies differ from version to version (usa, int, etc...)
