ArchiCAD and Augment

Has anyone successfully exported a project to the Augment App or used another augmented reality application?

I've been able to upload a small template project with textures as a .kmz, but the file size with our normal multi-family projects is too big to upload to Augment.

I've tried leaving out all railings, columns, and objects, but still no luck.
