Please try to post in an appropriate section of the forum rather than just in the first 'Archicad +' section - which is actually for discussing Archicad and not for actual issues.
I am not sure exactly what you are after but as you mention importing, I have moved this post to the data exchange section.
I can move it again if need be.
Do you nee help with the label tool (as in your title) or are you trying to import a file from a program called "label".
You can not create a model from a label.
If you can clarify exactly what you are after, then maybe we can help.
It is also good to mention what version or Archicad you are using and what operating system you are on as this can affect the answers given.
