Archicad to 3Ds Max and back

This does not make sense since usually 3D Content is not shared as Max files but anyway what I would do is to go from AC to Max and from Max to Lumion (either as native or FBX)

Hey Lucifer - I use a AC to Max workflow on a daily basis, and it is very easy to do so. Install the Twinmotion plugin for AC, and while you're at it give Twinmotion a try too (although you don't have to for this method). Then inside the 3D window in AC, choose save as, and find FBX format. Then in Max, link the file by using the Import menu under File, and create a link in Max. You can then update the AC file by resaving the same FBX and selecting update link in Max.
