Archicad version issue

I have two questions regarding Archicad version issue.


1. I have AC19-INT & Client has AC-19-USA & BIM server. I have created file in AC19-INT & loaded library from client server, but this file used library unable to load from client side which they open in US version. They said that this is version issue INT/USA. Please confirm what is exact issue.

1. I have also AC20-USA & my client has AC19-USA & BIM server. Can i downgrade to AC20 to AC19 as BIM server too. Or Client has to upgrade their version. Please let me know.
