BIM server upgrade from earlier versions to AC16

Dear All,

Can you please confirm that we have to migrate each project separately when upgrading the BIM server from earlier versions to BIM AC 16?!!!

Using Prepare for Migration command at Teamwork > Project > Migrate Project > Prepare for Migration... we have more than 40 projects to migrate!!!!

I think so.
You have to open each project and issue the command on them.
Then you have to bring them in separately in AC16.
I mean this is how migration works as far as I know.
There in no mass migration possibility.
Might make a good wish though.

Make a wish, let's see how many people support it. It may be a good wish.

GRAPHISOFT, this is still not solved for BIM 16 to 17...
Migration is a big waste of time...

ArchiCAD version and migration is really a pain, especially when files AIN'T Back compatible! Ever wished you could just open a pln in any version.

Anyway the way our office (a small office) works is to keep all AC15-17 & for BIM, only do necessary upgrades. This also means every computer keeps 3-4 versions of AC and flexibility to work on different versions.
