CadImage Tools V.16 for Archicad 16

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have Archicad 16 installed but cannot get Cadimage tools v16 anywhere, certainly not from Cadimage themselves. Most of there links do not work.

I am at a loss because the tutorials that I'm using, use Cadimage.

Please help! Where can I get the download.

Many thanks guys

Are you sure?
I just went to their website ... http://www.cadimage.com/
Clicked on the "Free Trial" button and it asks for your details and what version of Archicad you are using.

I didn't go any further but that all seems to be working.

Hi
When I follow the link to Cadimage tools for Archicad 16 I see this

"You do not own the current version of any of our products. Old versions can be obtained from the Release Archives, which are linked to on the left of this page"

I can not find the Link to the Release Archives.

Help!

Many thanks

I have just logged in and see what you mean.
Maybe you have to download and install the 'Cadimage Installer' first.
It may then allow you to download the version of the tools you want.

Sorry but I am not going to try as I don't like installing things I don't need.

If you do not want to try it then the next action would be to e-mail Cadimage themselves.
Maybe send them a support ticket now that you are logged in.
They don't seem to have a contact e-mail address on that site.
Their main website I linked to earlier has a contact link at the bottom.

You should have received an email recently from Cadimage's Tessa Read describing their new customer web site: mycadimage.com

The login credentials are the same as the old cadimageworld.

When i log on, and click on Tools in the left navigation bar, I get a display with tabs for each version of ArchiCAD for which I have tools and from that tab, there are download links. OK. Correction. Not all of my products are there. I had a copy of Doors/Windows and Cabinets from AC 14 and 15 ... but the download tabs only begin with AC 16.

Still, try the new mycadimage.com web site and see if what you need is listed for your account there.
